FIM Postgraduate Club
Faculty of Industrial Management (FIM) Postgraduate (PG) Club is a representative body autonomous by the Faculty and is run by postgraduate students, for postgraduate students. The main establishment of FIM PG Club is benefited postgraduate students by bridging connection between students and faculty administration. Since the input depends upon the input from the students, this club is contributing towards the development of academic, social and personal development of postgraduate students in FIM. Each year the Club is given a budget from the Faculty for organising seminars, workshops, PG colloquium and social events. Nominations and elections for FIM PG Club committee members take place at each academic year and these positions are keenly contested.
- Act as a liaison between postgraduate students, faculty and university administration.
- Creating close relationship with other postgraduate associations especially Postgraduate Association (PGA) under Institute of Postgraduate Studies (IPS) for sharing of ideas, new insights and resources available to assist postgraduate students.
- Assisting postgraduatesā students in organizing events and activities such as seminars, workshops and FIM PG Colloquium which will be conducted at each academic semester.
- Organising social events and staff meetings to promote interest and interaction more widely in the Faculty.
- Creating networking and communication opportunities for the postgraduate students through media social via online platforms
