Delegation from Faculty of Industrial Management (FIM) going a courtesy visit to Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM). The delegation from the Faculty of Industrial Management (FIM) was led by Ts. Dr. Syed Radzi Rahamaddulla, Deputy Dean of Academic and Student Affairs along with faculty members Dr. Noraina Mazuin Head of Postgraduate Programs, Prof. Madya Dr. Irene Ting, Coordinator of the visit and Dr. Noraine Bahari, Coordinator of Training and Consultancy.

The delegation was having a several discussions regarding the potential collaboration between ICDM’s - FIM, the meeting was conducted with the ICDM’s representatives Michele Kythe Lim, President & CEO Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, Jackie Mah, Executive Vice President and Syuhada Roskhamdi, Sr. Executive Branding & Comms.

The Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) promotes excellence in governance as believe that governance is a key driver of sustainability by having a series of development programmes to build a robust corporate governance culture in Malaysia. The output from this potential collaboration ICDM – FIM will be transform into Align Curriculum with Industry Needs: Work closely with industries to identify current and future skill requirements, ensuring that academic curricula align with industry demands, producing job-ready graduates and Promote Knowledge Exchange: Encourage the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices between academia and industries, creating a mutually beneficial environment for learning and growth
