Over 200 participants joined the Industry Insight Seminar 2024, titled “Responding to Current Operations Management Challenges: Roles of Respective Industries towards Supply Chain Strategies,” organized by the Faculty of Industrial Management. The speakers for the event were Ts. Mohd Podzi bin Mahmud (Operations Director from TT Electronics Kuantan) and Mr. Tao Chun Liu (Project Management Institute Taipei, Taiwan Chapter).

The event was officiated by Dr. Mohd Hanafiah Bin Ahmad (Dean of Faculty) and moderated by Assoc. Prof. Ts. Dr. Lee Chia Kuang (Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies) and Dr. Kamarulzaman Bin Mahmad Khairai (Senior Lecturer).

This seminar offers a unique opportunity to gain insider perspectives and discover innovative approaches to enhance organizational operational efficiency. Participants can explore the intersection of operations management and supply chain strategies, and chart a course towards operational excellence. They had the opportunity to engage in lively discussions and exchange ideas with fellow professionals and thought leaders in the field during the event.
